Job Description
Work seamlessly as partners in meeting revenue targets across retail banking products; manage & enhance pricing items across products through competetive benchmarking, internal monitoring & identification of new opportunities
a)Co own revenue targets & execution of key initiatives in close partnership with Product teams
b)Identify & execute incremental business opportunities
c)Areas of work will cover - activation/ attrition management/ x-sell/ segmentation/ campaign design/ mortgage re-pricing/ vendor management for competetive benchmarking
d)Knowledge & understanding of scorecards & their usage in selection/ pricing is an advantage
Desired Skills & Experience
a)Masters Degree in Statistics/economics or MBA from Tier I universityb)3-5 years of relevant work experience
c)Good project management skills, ability to work in a goal-oriented manner
d)Sound fundamental knowledge - understanding of retail banking products & P/L
e)Strong problem solving skills & proficiency with tools - SAS/ MS Office
d)Excellent communication (written/ verbal) & interpersonal skills
