Vice President - Analytics KIE Square Consulting - Delhi NCR (New Delhi Area, India)


Job Description

KiE Square is looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Head to join its core management team at its Delhi/NCR set up. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for driving KIE Square’s analytics excellence across own as well as other geographies and would be expected to
  • Develop Analytics Practice multifold across the key verticals CPG/Retail/Telecom/BFSI
  • Scale the analytics practices with acquisition, nurturing and enhancement of analytics talent
  • Partner with key stakeholders from client delivery, practice, sales, technology and other functions to develop and execute a comprehensive delivery structure that integrates well with marketing, presales and overall company growth plans.
  • Proactively sense market opportunities and efficiently aid in reactive client sales
  • Support practice capability development initiatives through idea generation and partner qualification in verticals like CPG/Retail, BFSI and Telecom
  • Align strongly with product and services partners in different verticals/ geographies
  • Collaborate with practice leads, BD leads and operations leads in identifying requirements, opportunities, challenges, plan and execute practice development support activities
  • Create environment for generation and dissemination of knowledge through white papers, webinars and other marketing support activities
  • Build marketing and presales material/ collaterals including white papers, case studies, and marketing communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner in RFP responses
  • Proactively own, drive and manage practice development efforts

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 8-12 years related experience, with a minimum of 5 years experience  in Analytics/Data Mining Product/ Solutions Services marketing
  • Prior knowledge of BI/Analytics solutions across at least two of the following verticals - CPG/Retail, BFSI and Telecom.
  • Prior experience of working with BI/Analytics product suite across at least two of the following stacks – SAS, Oracle, IBM/SPSS, Teradata, KXEN
  • Should have managed analytics solutions delivery, account management, pre-sales processes from end-to-end in the past works
  • Strong communication, presentation, logical reasoning skills and ability to collaborate with teams across time-zones and cultures
  • Strong organization, client communication follow up and interjection skills
  • Ability and track record of working cohesively with different departments including technology, operations, products, and internal/external stakeholders to meet marketing goals
  • Must be a self starter, results oriented and flexible to adapt to ambiguities and changes
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
  • MBAs with past experience of P&L responsibility would be desirable
  • Team Scaling up experience from past
  • Willingness to work with long term enterpreneurial wealth creation option
