Education:
(UG - B.A, B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc) AND (PG - Any PG Course)
1) Understand client needs, identify analysis objectives and perform data analysis using analytical techniques
2) Work and lead the analysts in performing the data analysis
3) Prepare / Review reports based on the results of analysis
4) Actively present data to client on weekly calls
5) Should have worked directly with onshore clients
5) Develop re-usable analytic procedures / scripts and build repository of knowledge.
Skills ( Must Have) 1) Prior experience in analytics a must
2) Excellent command on analytical methodologies
3) Advanced skills in SAS, SPSS and other analytical tools.
4) Advanced excel skills
5) Lead a team of Analysts
6) Demonstrate leadership qualities
7) Lead and execute projects as per clients requirements
8) Good presentation skills (creation and presenting to clients) are a must
9) Good oral and written communication skills are a must.
