Job Description
Responsible for prompt delivery of statistical counseling and support for internal and external clients in accordance with global statistical and technical standards.
Functional / Technical
* Ensure proper universe updates and controls are implemented at intervals consistent with Client global and regional standards
* Liaise with field management to ensure that actual useable sample per period if achieving Client standards
* Conduct regular coverage studies of client data to ensure our trends are accurate
* Provide counseling on statistical matters and procedures to clients, management and associates
* Independently manage ad hoc statistical projects including design and analysis of customized experiments via effective match of available statistical techniques to clients’ needs
* Develop creative statistical solutions that effectively fulfill the clients’ business needs
* Presents complex technical data in a clear compelling fashion
* Resolve client problems and disputes
* Conduct training in the statistical procedure for clients, client services personnel, QC staff, and field staff such that they understand the importance of their own function in achieving client output that is within the required statistical precision for our product
* Monitor the QC algorithms to ensure stores with a-typical controls or contribution are identified and corrected
* Ensure QC algorithms for identifying and correcting raw and projected data are operating within Client guidelines
* Participate in ad hoc statistical projects including design and analysis of customized studies
* Conduct data validation studies upon request and provide written feedback within pre agreed timeframe
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
* Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
* Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
* Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
