Job Description
- Assist in the management of a global operation to provide audience targeting insights and analysis to support marketing execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to gather requirements and track progress towards goals at the program level.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting and communications summaries, including inventories of active models, newsletter updates, etc.
- All communications will be turned around same-day or within 24 hours for emails or voicemails. This ensures timely execution and completion of activities – and helps mitigate difficulties and time lost working across disparate timezones.
- Provide some limited quantitative analysis of specific results with guidance from senior team members.
- May require some experience using SW development tools in Lotus Notes (or a visual basic type environment).
- MUST possess excellent written and oral communication skills – this role will be coordinating across several team members as well as across several global teams. The individual must be able to quickly understand questions and provide “thinking on your feet” to provide accurate and timely answers.
