Job Description
• Working on the Health care related Fraud & Abuse projects in all areas.
• Analyzing allegation related data to come up with solutions (using available tools).
• To work through the entire life cycle of a project from inception to implementation.
• Create, analyze and maintain explanatory/predictive models of clinical behaviors using healthcare claim data.
• Work includes all phases of the modeling process: research design, data extraction and cleaning, model building and validation.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a changing organizational environment.
• Co-ordinate with clinical/Coding SMEs for seeking the inputs to explore data extraction approach and road map the analysis mile stones.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key customer stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
• Excellent MS office skills (MS Word, MS Excel ) – MANDATE
• SAS/ SPSS’s Clementine
• Programming ability
• 2-3 years of work experience in the area analytics/data analysis.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to handle and work on large datasets.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple and complex projects.
• Basic PowerPoint knowledge.
• Effective Communication skills - Independent client facing verbal / written communication required (should have worked with external clients)
