Job Description

• Understand and translate statistics to address client business problems
• Interface with client to understand their problems and work with the delivery team on solutions that address the client needs
• Manage single or multiple engagements with a team of project managers and business consultants
• Structure business problems and design solution in the areas of Marketing, CPG and Retail industries
• Understand and manage engagements to meet client expectations and build, deepen and broaden client relationships
• Provide high-end consulting to clients at the business head level to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models that support the realization of business objectives
• Demonstrate excellence in engagement delivery, insightful thought leadership, strategic problem solving, high impact team management and strong client relations at senior executive levels

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types of data
• Passionate about analytics
• Technica lmastery in tools such as SAS/SPSS/R/ironPython and Spotfire/Business Objects
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
• Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
• Accuracy and up to date knowledge on research techniques and applications
• Should have worked in the analytics industry, preferably in marketing analytics
• Should be a self motivator and a team player
• Ability to mentor and lead teams
