Roles and responsibility
1) Communicate effectively with client/onsite personnel and document understanding and action items from meetings
1) Communicate effectively with client/onsite personnel and document understanding and action items from meetings
2) Assist in delivering well organized reports, dashboards, data analysis and statistical models
3) Ensure error-free and high-quality outputs to the client / manager
4) Documents work effectively to ensure that the manager / client are comfortable with both work-in process and end deliverables.
5) Actively gathers and shares domain related knowledge in forums within the organization
Required Skills
1) 1 – 3 years of experience in hardcore programming (product companies , pure development, start ups) any domain
2) One language – C or Core Java or .NET, J2EE for at least 12 months
3) Ability to quickly learn and use new technologies
4) Excellent written and communication skills
5) Exposure to creating visualization dashboards or reports using technologies like HTML, Qlikview, Tableau or Spotfire or other self-service BI tools
6) Exposure to using tools like SAS, R, SPSS for data modeling and have used or build customized algorithms
7) Exposure to open source technology - R, Pentaho, hadoop
8) Global Delivery Model
Education Qualification
1) BE/B.Tech from CS/IT background – 2010 pass outs from Top Colleges Only.
