Roles and Responsibility :

Concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative field such as statistics, economics, engineering, business administration.- Ability to comprehend intricate & diverse range of business problems, analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.- Strong analytical skills with 1-2 years of proven business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of Credit & Financial Services highly preferred.- Knowledge of forecasting and statistical modeling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (e.g. factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis etc.).- Knowledge of SAS or other equivalent analytical tools is a requisite.- Intermediate level programming skills - VBA, SQL, etc. and knowledge of RDBMS - MS Access, SQL Server, Oracle, etc, and HTML scripting is a plus- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
