Responsibilities:
As an Analyst t you will have the opportunity to work on various business initiatives that contribute to GERF-Americas, Retail Finance’s growth and productivity objectives. This role enables you to work directly with the business in catering to the end-to-end analytical needs. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and leverage state of the art tools (viz., SAS, Model builder suite of products).
• Understand requirements and create reports based on adhoc requests.
• Leverage internal and external customer and account information – use numerical, computational and operations research techniques to solve for optimal proactive customer treatment strategies (Marketing Communication Channel etc).
• Support analytic team to build predictive Marketing likelihood models to enhance customer strategies.
• Communicates analytic results effectively to peers and managers.
• Support the team with data preparation and basic analytic activities to support model and strategy development.
• Document Processes
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
A. Required:
• 1-2 years’’ experience in Consumer Credit and degree in following Majors (Masters/Engineering.) – Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative majors.
• Working knowledge of Logistical/Linear/Regressions techniques & tools like SAS.
• Strong written/oral communication skills.
